We believe that the most effective way to train our clients on the use and maintenance of the comprehensive countywide seamless GIS system is to conduct training sessions for each individual department. This training will be customized to address the specific issues relevant to each individual department.

The training often occurs at the client site. However, we do have the equipment and space for training at our office in Batavia, Illinois.

The topics that are discussed at the training sessions include; overview of GIS methodology, familiarization with data structure, data maintenance, plotting of digital data, and linking of existing databases. A step-by-step manual is created to specifically fit the needs of our clients and to aid the staff in gaining complete knowledge of these tasks
