Bruce Harris & Associates has vast experience using a modified form of the ESRI Land Parcel Data Model. Our version of the Parcel Data Model emerged after several months of development and testing with clients. The final result was a data model that utilizes all the functionality of the ESRI data model with the support of standard cadastral appearance. We currently have many Illinois counties that either are or will be receiving parcel deliveries using this model. In addition, several counties are currently performing map maintenance using this model and our customized parcel maintenance tools illustrated here.
