Bruce Harris & Associates realized the potential of the ArcGIS Platform to transform county property reappraisals after working with the Wayne County, Ohio Auditor’s Office in 2012. Through this project with Wayne County, we pioneered a “Paperless Reappraisal Methodology” and developed a variety of ArcGIS applications. The success of the Paperless Reappraisal System won the Wayne County Ohio Auditor’s Office a 2013 Special Achievement in GIS Award at the 2013 Esri User Conference in San Diego.

The Paperless Reappraisal System (PRS) is a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) software that aims to eliminate the need for paper in order to make reappraisals more efficient, accurate, trackable, and adaptable to real-time events. The system is made up of six apps, which are now sold separately in order to best suit the needs of each client.
