On August 3, 2010, Williamson County, Illinois Supervisor of Assessments Office awarded Bruce Harris & Associates a contract to provide the mapping of all Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts located within Williamson County. This project will play an important role within the County Clerks Office.
On July 27th, 2010 DuPage County, Illinois contracted with Bruce Harris & Associates to provide continued programming services. These services include maintenance and support of the Clerk's Land Record Update System and GIS programming work for geodatabase editing and map publishing. The LRUS provides paperless job tickets for map change records and stores real estate data in a SQL Server database that is synchronized with the County's mainframe. The GIS programming services include system advancements built upon ESRI ArcGIS 10 software. These advancements involve web editing, atlas automation, intelligent spatial adjustments, and implementation of 3-D editing for multi-level condominiums. This contract begins our fourth year as the primary programming consultant for the DuPage County Clerk and the GIS Department's primary programming consultant.
On July 7, 2010, McDonough County, Illinois selected MapAscend software along with the Farmland software tools developed by Bruce Harris & Associates running on the ArcGIS platform to provide a better in house maintenance solution. The MapAscend suite of productivity enhancement extensions include: Attribution Enhancement Extension, Sketching Enhancements Extension and the Geo Processing Power Editing Tools Extension.
On June 16, 2010, Marion County, Florida Property Appraisers Office selected Bruce Harris & Associates to create an interactive parcel map interface to work with there current in house CAMA software. This interface will provide a visual representation of parcels selected in the CAMA software. The map will contain a combination of features including navigation and selection tools along with syncing to the CAMA data.
On June 9, 2010, Wayne County, Ohio awarded Bruce Harris & Associates a contract to provide a countywide GIS mapping system along with CAUV mapping. BHA had previously been contracted by Wayne County to provide pilot area within Wayne County.
On June 8, 2010 Macoupin County, Illinois Supervisor of Assessments and the County Board unanimously chose Bruce Harris & Associates for the design and development of the County's first GIS website. The Macoupin County GIS website will utilize the existing Countywide GIS system developed by Bruce Harris & Associates back in 2008 along with website products to integrate the County's GIS with existing assessment and CAMA databases. The GIS website will be constructed using ESRI's ArcGIS Server and will offer functionality to allow County personnel along with the general public querying applications and navigational capabilities, along with print to pdf functionality. On November 18, 2009 Tazewell County, Illinois contracted with Bruce Harris & Associates to provide Geodatabase conversion services to migrate from their existing tagged data model into a more functional model. Tazewell County selected MapAscend software along with the Farmland software tools developed by Bruce Harris & Associates running on the ArcGIS platform to provide a better in house maintenance solution. The MapAscend suite of productivity enhancement extensions include: Attribution Enhancement Extension, Sketching Enhancements Extension and the Geo Processing Power Editing Tools Extension. Also included in this contract is implementation of an Internet GIS web application for public access to the County GIS data.
