On April 22, 2008 DuPage County, Illinois awarded BHA a contract for consulting services, programming services, and the creation of an enhanced land records tracking system for interaction of recorded documents between the County Recorder, County Clerk, the County GIS Department, and the Information Technologies Department.
On April 8, 2008 Seneca County, Ohio awarded BHA a contract to provide custom programming services for the creation of a County highway map.
On March 28, 2008 Wayne County, Ohio awarded BHA a contract to provide a parcel based Geographic Information System in an ESRI Geodatabase 9.x format. Also included in the contract is CAUV Farmland Assessment implementation including software tools and training, and integration with the County's tax cycle database.

On January 3, 2008 Lawrence County, Illinois awarded BHA a contract for parcel map maintenance.
In January, 2008 BHA was contracted by the consulting firm of WilsonMiller to provide GIS data conversion services and data maintenance services for Volusia County, Florida.
On December 12, 2007 Hendricks Power Company of Danville, Indiana awarded BHA a contract to provide GIS services including centerline attribution and parcel polygon creation, delivered as an ESRI Geodatabase.
