TMS Manager

Lynn manages and directs all cadastral map updates in our Tax Maintenance Service (TMS) Department. She is responsible for the final preparation of the cadastral property maps in both ArcMap and AutoCAD environments. Duties include the review of all map information compiled from source data to verify that the information on the map is correct prior to inking and/or plotting. She is also responsible for updating the client's maps, scheduling of maintenance, collection of update data and production of maintenance.

Education

Lynn has taken courses in pre-engineering, GIS, courses through the IPAI and is currently working on her CMS Designation through IAAO.

Professional History

Lynn has over 18 years of experience in the fields of aerial photography, cadastral property mapping, geographic land information systems, parcel numbering identification systems and map maintenance services. She works closely with county staff, occasionally traveling to client sites to train and help perform research for future GIS projects.

Lynn has extensive experience in data and parcel layout, aerial interpretation using both manual and computer assisted drafting techniques. She has extensive experience in all aspects of tax map maintenance and topographic mapping and has worked on map maintenance projects for many Illinois and Florida Counties.
